The Sirius Working Dog Association was formed in October 2003.
We don't deny the play on words using "Sirius" in our
name. It IS pronounced the same as "serious" and it
is the name of the "dog star". While the goals of our
group is to train and title our dogs, we are also very serious
about having fun! ;-)
Quite simply, the "mission" of this group is to put
our dogs, and the city of Fredericton (and surrounding areas)
on the map in the "dog world"! We strive to prove that
we have the top working dogs around, the top trainers and the
most dedicated members! We expect to do the DVG and the sport
of Schutzhund proud!!
