Tracy and Brier getting ready to start.

Tammy
with Oberin (left) and Stacey with Atlas report in to judge,
Carole Patterson.
This was a first time on trial field for all of us (except Carole
of course ;-)
so we were a little stressed!
|

Stacey and Atlas
|

Carole
and Mary Walter at the reporting out, Stacey is hidden, Atlas
on the left, Tammy and Oberin.
|

Carole gives us her critique!
|

After passing the
obedience portion, we moved on to the traffic portion. The line
up represented 4 members and 6 dogs from the SWDA out of 9 total
for the BH! Tammy and Tracy each worked two dogs. From right is
Tammy, Tracy, Stacey and Laura.
|

Tammy finishes up
the heeling in traffic portion with Cora and heads back to get
Oberin!
|

Tracy in the group
with Brier.
|

Laura and Carbon
finish with the group.
|

Stacey and Atlas heel through the group...
|

.... then stop for
a little fraternizing with the judge! ;-))
|

Tammy with Oberin
in the group, Obie just can't understand why they aren't ALL petting
her!
|

Tracy with Berlyn,
her second dog through this portion,
|

Carole in an "explaining"
pose! :-)
|

Tracy with Brier,
and Tammy (hidden) with Oberin, finishing up the heeling portion
with the bike and joggers!
|

Carole keeping an eye on us!
|

Laura and Carbon
in conversation with a "stranger" in the van!
|

"Just one more part and we're all done!"
|

Here we are interrupting a cell phone call! ;0
|

Brier and Carole
waiting for Tracy's return on the posting out portion of the traffic
test.
|

Cora is not sure
where Mom went, but it was in that direction!
|

Tracy decided she
hadn't done enough biking for her AD, she took it up in the traffic
portion along with joggers Stacey and Laura. Oh, and judge Carole
DID jog with the group as well! :-))
|

Richard with Brier
and Tracy with Berlyn, posing in front of their bikes! Both
dogs achieved their BH and AD titles this weekend!
Congrats!!
|

Although not an SWDA
member, Scott and Jaeger deserve mention here for their determination
to succeed! Through sheer nervousness, neither performed well
enough on Saturday to pass on to the traffic portion, however
hard work on Saturday evening and the support of the whole group
saw them succeed on Sunday! Good luck Tracking in Vermont!
